2019 Lineup Poster Contest

THE DETAILS:

Are you an artist?  A designer?  Have you ever held a crayon?  Show us your skills (and your love for Boston Calling) and enter our 2019 Lineup Poster Contest!

Starting today, we’re giving you the opportunity to design the official poster for our tenth festival.  The prize? The winning poster will decorate the Boston Calling grounds and will be a festival keepsake for years to come.  All attendees will have the chance to purchase this poster at the festival (while supplies last).  You will also receive 4 (four) 3-day VIP passes as well as a $500 cash prize.

To enter, submit your sketch/design file to [email protected].  All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on 4/17.  Submissions should include all artists performing as well as pertinent festival information such as festival location and dates.  Submissions will be judged by festival organizers with the help of festival’s social media fans.  Organizers will select top 4 submissions and share on our official Instagram account so please be sure to include your Instagram handle so we can tag you when the voting starts.   The winner will be notified on April 19th and final artwork will be due on May 3.  Final artwork will need to be 18″x 24″ and can be vertical or horizontal format.

 

OFFICIAL RULES:

No purchase necessary to win.  The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Term: Boston Calling’s Poster Contest begins on April 3, 2019 and ends on April 17, 2019 at 11:59 PM EST. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest. The submission design must NOT violate or infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks or privacy, property, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Boston Calling may select designs for public display and highlight on its website or social media channels. Such selections will be made in Boston Calling organizer’s sole discretion.  Boston Calling will notify winners via the contact information provided at the time of entry; Boston Calling may disqualify anyone who fails to respond to the notification within five business days. You retain your rights to your work; however, by entering the contest, you grant Boston Calling a non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute and reproduce works of the entries (in some instances to sell to festival attendees), in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the festival. Any work reproduced will include an artists credit as feasible. Boston Calling will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
