ELIGIBILITY: Delta Tune In Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 or older. The Promotion is void outside the eligibility area and where otherwise prohibited. Employees, temporary workers, freelancers, independent contractors, officers and directors of Boston Calling Events, LLC (“Sponsor”); Crash Line Productions, LLC (“Crash Line”); MSG Entertainment Group, LLC (“MSG Entertainment”); Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”); and the immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, spouse or siblings, regardless of where they reside) of such individuals, and whether or not related, people living in the same households of any of the foregoing individuals; and all of respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, sponsors, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies of Sponsor, Crash Line, MSG Entertainment, and Delta are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion will take place as follows (each, an “Entry Period”):
• Entry Period #1: May 27, 2022 from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) – 11:59 p.m. ET
• Entry Period #2: May 28, 2022 from 12:00 a.m. ET – 11:59 p.m. ET
• Entry Period #3: May 29, 2022 from 12:00 a.m. ET – 11:59 p.m. ET
HOW TO ENTER: To submit an entry, access and complete the entry form during the applicable Entry Period by scanning the QR code found on-site during the Boston Calling Festival or by visiting https://bostoncalling.com/delta/. All entries for a particular drawing must be received during the applicable Entry Period. Data rates may apply if entry is via the QR code or mobile device. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Multiple entries from any person in any Entry Period will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
DRAWING & NOTIFICATION: The potential winner for each Entry Period shall be selected within seven (7) days following the end of Entry Period #3 from among all eligible entries received for the Entry Period at issue. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Non-winning entries from a drawing will not be included in any other drawing. Winners of any drawing are ineligible to win during any other Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified by email and will be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time period specified in such notification. If, and as applicable, such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the notification or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner shall be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue, time permitting.
PRIZE (4) (ONE (1) PER ENTRY PERIOD): Each winner will receive two (2) flight certificates valid for round-trip travel within the continental United States on Delta from any domestic airport served by Delta. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,840.
Flight Certificate Terms and Conditions: Certificates expire one (1) year from date of issuance. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. Any airline tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. Airline tickets may be cancelled or reissued without penalty for a period of twenty-four (24) hours after reservation is made. After this cancellation/reissue privilege expires, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability of booking class). Based on availability, passengers holding confirmed reservations and airline tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight within three (3) hours from scheduled departure time between same origin/destination for a non-refundable fee of $75. Flight Certificates do not include the September 11th Security Fee of at least $5.80 one way which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger’s ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. Baggage fees of $30 for first checked bag and $40 for second checked bag apply. Taxes and fees are subject to change. Any taxes, fees, or charges paid at the time of airline ticket issuance will be refunded if airline ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for airline tickets booked with certificates. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Promotion.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor, Crash Line, Delta, MSG Entertainment, and all of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and their respective designees to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photograph (including profile picture, if applicable) and/or other likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, review or permission.
RELEASE: By participating, each entrant agrees that Sponsor, Crash Line, Delta, MSG Entertainment, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, sponsors, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Released Parties”) shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for, any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, QR codes, emails or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer or mobile or other related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the related website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, shall be disqualified, and all associated entries shall be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or proper play or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, and if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry shall be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the ISP, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. Types of information that may be collected
The personally identifiable information we collect is used to facilitate delivery of products and/or services to our customers.
