BOSTON CALLING STAFFERS PROGRAM
Welcome to the application to work at the Boston Calling Music Festival being held May 22nd, 23rd, & 24th at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston, MA.
We appreciate your passion and enthusiasm for music and our festival. To keep everything running smoothly we are looking for people to help us with box office, main entrance, catering, VIP experience, media relations, and more!
All positions filled through this process are paid ($12.75/hr) and we will provide you with a 3-Day General Admission pass to the festival for your completed minimum of 2, 6 hour shifts between Friday May 15th – Thursday May 28th. Many shifts will be during the Festival’s three day running period but we will be looking for people willing to help set up and break down the festival as well. If selected, you will be able to choose to work during those off times to avoid missing any of the acts, otherwise you will be assigned shifts Friday-Sunday.
Not only will you have a great time working with passionate like-minded people, you’ll be gaining valuable music and event planning experience for your resume!
Here are the requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older to apply.
- You must be available to work May 15-28, 2020. (Most shifts are May 22nd-24th)
- If selected, you will have to authorize Boston Calling to charge your credit card in the event that you fail to meet the minimum requirements to earn a pass. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to meet the requirements.
- You must be willing to work in the designated department you are assigned to.
