Boston Calling Ticketing Terms
Ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather, and no precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers (collectively, the “Risks”) arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted. The holder of this ticket voluntarily waives any and all claims and potential claims against Front Gate Ticketing; Crash Line Productions; Boston Calling Events, LLC; Madison Square Garden Entertainment Group, LLC; Harvard University; and all of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Releasees”), as well as any entities or individuals affiliated or under common control with any of the Releasees including, but not limited to, their employees, officers, directors, sponsors, partners, licensees, agents and designees relating in any way to the Risks.
Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Front Gate Tickets on behalf of Boston Calling. No barcoded tickets will be issued for this event, all ticket purchasers will receive a festival wristband by mail.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Your actual wristband(s) will be mailed to the address used to purchase in early May 2022. You will be notified via the email address used to check-out when this process begins. Multi-day passes are shipped as ONE wristband and are only valid for one attendee.
There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or customer damaged wristbands.
All orders are non-refundable.
